Jorden Page Basketball Academy is a one-of-a-kind program based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Built for young athletes with a burning desire to improve and the dream of playing college basketball, our girls program, coached by Jorden Page and Sean Page, delivers a complete approach to basketball development.
The program blends AIS/Centre of Excellence-style development with college-level preparation, all within a culture built on professional standards — the same standards that shape elite programs at the highest level of the game.
Training: 4.5 hours per week across 3 × 1.5-hour sessions · Coaches: Jorden Page and Sean Page · Launch: January 2027
Athletes train 4.5 hours each week, receiving detailed instruction that breaks down the technical, tactical and mental aspects of basketball.
Jorden Page and Sean Page teach athletes not only how to execute each skill, but when and why to apply it in real game situations.
Build the control, confidence and creativity required to attack defenders and create scoring opportunities.
Develop consistent shooting mechanics and precise footwork to create space, maintain balance and score effectively.
Learn to understand and execute offensive principles, both with and without the ball.
Develop the techniques, discipline and understanding required to become an effective defender.
Learn to read the game, recognise opportunities and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
Basketball development extends beyond individual skills. Athletes learn to contribute to a team and develop the intangibles that matter at higher levels.
A significant emphasis is placed on developing each athlete's ability to create rhythm with the basketball through precise footwork.
Jorden Page and Sean Page provide in-depth instruction on how to use footwork and ball movement to beat defenders, create separation and generate opportunities for both the individual and their teammates.
Athletes are challenged to make decisions under pressure, absorb defensive pressure on the offensive end and develop the confidence to perform when the game becomes more demanding.
On the defensive end, they learn to apply that same pressure to opponents.
Throughout the program, athletes play together as a team across various games and tournaments.
This includes interstate tours and AAU tournaments, providing opportunities to compete against high-level athletes from across the state and the country.
These experiences give players real game repetitions against elite opponents, allowing them to apply their training in genuine competitive situations.
The combination of high-volume training and meaningful competitive experience is a defining feature of the Year Round Program.
Structured weekly development combined with genuine game experience helps athletes learn to perform under pressure and apply their skills when it matters.
The Year Round Program is built to develop the complete athlete, with attention to the skills, knowledge, character and preparation required to pursue basketball at a higher level.
Establish a strong foundation of basketball skills and physical capabilities, then develop those attributes through consistent, progressive training.
Develop the ability to understand and read the game rather than simply reacting to what happens on the court.
Learn the on-court communication, leadership and teamwork expected in competitive basketball environments, including the qualities college coaches look for in prospective athletes.
